Matt Cross, Executive Director
Matt is the Executive Director for Seasons at Southpoint. He has been an Executive Director in the Senior Living field for over 10 years. Matt is originally from Vermont with family ties to New Hampshire. He is a member of the PALS Group in Wake County and is also on the Board for the MAST Symposium that is held every August. Matt and his family reside in Fuquay-Varina, N.C.

Allison Lee, Director of Sales & Marketing
Allison is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Seasons at Southpoint. She has a long and outstanding career in the sales and marketing field, including a decade in the Assisting Living arena. Allison has an exceptional knowledge of long term care insurance programs, VA Aid and Attendance Programs, as well as Medicaid Programs. Her volunteer activities include Charles House Association and Duke Hospice. Allison lives in Durham and is the proud mother of three children and she has two lovely grandchildren.

Lamin Sallah, Director of Health Services
Lamin is the Director of Health Services for Seasons at Southpoint. He comes to us as a RN with lots of experience in Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. He is originally from Gambia, a country in Western Africa.

Amanda Penny, Director of Activities
Amanda Penny is the Director of Activities for Seasons at Southpoint. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a Degree in Psychology. She has over five years experience working in various activity programs, but her passion is working with the memory care community. As the Director of the activities program, Amanda is excited about providing activities that are mentally, physically, and spiritually stimulating.

George Olmoz, Director of Food & Beverage
George is the Director of Food & Beverage for Seasons at Southpoint. He has over 13 years experience in the food service industry, specifically in hospital and long term care settings. George is a Certified Dietary Manager and is also SerSafe Certified. He recently moved with his family to the Raleigh area from New York State.

David Hill, Director of Maintenance
David Hill is the Director of Maintenance for Seasons at Southpoint. He has been in the construction business for over 30 years, the last 10 years spent managing his own home-building company. He has worked in every aspect of construction including manual labor, managing the business office, and most importantly keeping the customer happy. After spending many years vacationing in North Carolina, David and his wife Jane along with their two Shih Tzu’s, Hoofty and Zoey, relocated to Clayton, N.C. from Pennsylvania to be close to their family and their grandchildren.
